The Sella of Gold is Parboiled or partially boiled while still in its husk, then milled; Basmati Rice is a variety of rice known as "basmati." As it turns out, basmati rice has been parboiled and sold as Golden Sella. After being parboiled, Golden rice takes on a light yellow colour, hence the name.
