The cold pressed oil is a traditional way of extracting oil by just pressing/crushing the seeds and nuts at room temperature retaining all essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and nutritional value in the oil.
The temperature of the oil during extraction is less than 50°C. This temperature is little over room temperature because of the friction during the pressing/crushing process.
